Directions from Jacksonville:
I-95 South to I-295 North/Orange Park, exit Blanding Blvd. Go south on Blanding, approx 5 miles, make a left at Kingsley Ave, our Cosmetic Medical Center is on the right hand side of the street, past Doctor's Lake Drive.
Directions from Fleming Island:
Go north on Route 17, turn left on Kingsley Ave. Our Cosmetic Medical Center is on the left-hand side of Kingsley, past Walgreens and before Doctor's Lake Drive.
Fees
Consultations
For your benefit, we offer two types of consultations, Physician and staff. With our Physician consultations, you will receive an in-depth medical evaluation and a thorough explanation of the treatments/services that best suits your needs. Upon review of your medical history and goals for treatment, our doctors will create an individualized plan for your care. This plan may include a schedule of recommended treatments, products, prescriptions or referrals. The fee for a Physician consultation fee is $85. However, if you decide to have a procedure performed on the same day of your consult, we will gladly waive the consultation fee.
Staff consultations are typically conducted by non-medical staff members. Our staff is well informed about the treatments and products offered at Allure and can provide you with a comprehensive overview of our services. They can also answer many of the questions or concerns you may have. Staff consultations are not available for treatments that require medical evaluation, expertise or diagnosis such as skin conditions or weight loss. These types of consultations must be conducted with a Physician. Our non-medical staff will gladly consult you on Laser Hair removal, Laser Tattoo removal, or Body contouring FREE of charge.
Service Fees
We offer an extensive list of services at competitive prices. Most of our cosmetic procedures range from $100 - $600 for a single treatment. Discount Packages are available for services that require multiple treatments. Please inquire during your visit for available discounts and monthly specials.
